By accessing or using BriefStocks ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not financial advice
BriefStocks is an information tool, not a financial advisor. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. All data is provided "as is" without warranty. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person — shared or automated accounts may be terminated.
4. Free and Pro plans
The Free plan includes a limited number of daily scans. The Pro plan provides unlimited scans for a monthly subscription fee. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges. You can cancel at any time from your account page — access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days.
6. Acceptable use
You may not: scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service; attempt to reverse engineer our systems; redistribute data obtained from the Service; use the Service for any illegal purpose; or interfere with other users' access.
7. Data accuracy
We source data from third-party providers including Benzinga. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, correct, or current. Earnings figures, estimates, and other financial data may contain errors or delays. Always verify critical data with official sources before making trading decisions.
8. Intellectual property
All content, design, and code on BriefStocks is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting
support@briefstocks.com.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BriefStocks and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including trading losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a banner on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
